Company Inks Deals with Cartoon Network U.S. and MGA Entertainment to Bring
Hot International Racing Property Scan2Go to U.S. Audiences

Burbank, CA. (June 8, 2012) –Cookie Jar Group, the exclusive programming distributor for the Scan2Go brand in North and South America and licensing agent in North America, and d-rights Inc., the licensor and intellectual property owner, have finalized deals with Cartoon Network and MGA Entertainment to bring the blockbuster galactic racing property Scan2Go to U.S. cable TV and to toy aisles this fall. A best-selling international kids’ anime/boys action series currently airing on Clan TV in Spain, Panda TV in Portugal and K2 in Italy, Scan2Go is an exciting space-racing action adventure series targeted to boys.
Cartoon Network will broadcast the first of fifty-two, 30-minute episodes of Scan2Go in the U.S. Scan2Go, the latest offering from the director of Beyblade, Bakugan and Dragonball Z,follows the story of great races taking place in outer space where each racer guns for the title of the universe’s number one racer. Scan2Go isa Japanese-Korean-Middle East co-produced anime TV series by d-rights Inc., NewBoy FZCO, SBS Contents Hub and Stonebridge Capital Inc.
Award-winning toy manufacturer MGA Entertainment will go to market this fall, as exclusive master toy licensee for North and Latin America with a vast selection of Scan2Go toys such as vehicles, figures & accessories, racing tracks & sets, cards under a distribution and license agreement from NewBoy FZCO, the master toy licensee. MGA will also offer more Scan2Go products such as play sets, games, role play toys, arts & crafts, plush, and novelty items.
